A new Rep has two options when joining Avon. They can purchase the membership kit for $30 or sign up for free and build their own kit.

Getting paid is simple! There are two ways to get your money:

1. Sign up for Direct Deposit and you'll get paid for your online sales 2 business days after your customer's order ships! That's money in your bank account that you can spend right away.

2. Place an order on behalf of your customer, and you’ll earn the difference between the discounted amount you pay and the full price your customer pays you.

3. Share the opportunity for others to sell Avon. You will receive commissions from your team sales.

You don't have to place an Avon order for each campaign. However, reps who haven't placed an order in 6 campaigns will be removed. New reps earn on $40+ orders.

Successful Representatives share their free personalized online store for 24/7 sales and commissions and place their own orders in each campaign, about every two weeks.

The contributions will be aggregated and sent to ACS in a lump sum amount.
