Avon Returns Policy
Avon has offered the customer satisfaction guarantee for over 100 years. Avon stands behind every product they sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, the Avon returns policy is quite simple. Avon will gladly give you a full refund within 90 days of your purchase.
Avon 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
Avon believes in honoring the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee with all purchases. The motto is, ” If you’re not happy, we’re not. We’ll give you a full merchandise refund with your return. It’s that simple”.
Avon Returns Policy from Avon Reps
If you purchased a product from an Avon representative in your area, contact them regarding your return. They will gladly return your product or do an even exchange for another color or shade of the item you bought. If you return an item purchased, the Avon rep will refund the amount paid. However, if you purchased an item online, you should follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.
Avon Returns Policy for Online Orders
To return items you purchased from an online Avon eStore, follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. If you are returning a product because of an Avon error, we will refund your total shipping charge also. We are unable to offer exchanges or merchandise credits. If you received a free gift, you will not be able to return it for credit or an exchange.
Instructions for Merchandise Returns:
- It may not be necessary to return the products. Please email Avon at [email protected] describing why you would like to return the item for credit. Be sure to include the Order Number on the front of the packing slip.
- If Avon requests the product back, please complete Section A for a refund.
- Return Merchandise in the original container with this packing slip.
- Please use the pre-addressed shipping label on the front of this form.
- Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, your refund amount will be credited to the credit card you used to make the purchase. (Please note: we cannot apply a credit to another credit card). Please allow for up to two billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement.

Avon Return Without Packing Slip
If you have made a purchase on an Avon Representative Online Store and you didn’t keep the packing slip, you may mail your return to:

Avon Returns Policy for Shoprunner Orders
To return Avon items for ShopRunner members the shipping will be free on all items. You will have to print out your return label at https://www.shoprunner.com/orders. After you sign into your ShopRunner account, follow the instructions to return your product. To contact them regarding your returns, please call ShopRunner customer service at 1-888-721-7467.

I have problems signing in online. It keeps asking to send me a code every time. Does this mean i have to constantly change my password every time I sign on? I wish they had left things the way they were. It has become more complicated for me and I am a rep.
Linda, You should only need to get a code once when signing into your Avon account. Clear your browser cookies and try again. If you still have problems, send Avon care center an emai.

Hi good day
I actually just want to ask if i can return some item that i ordered in avon. Cause i ordered an 8 in 1 small panty but than when i recieved it. It was too big for me and i didnt even expect that size when i saw the brochure. And i tried to ask the dealer if i can return the item cause i haven’t used it yet. But than she said they can’t return it anymore but in fact it clearly stated here in your return refund policy that you’re gladly accept some return or exchange item but how come? If i can return this item please let me know how. Thank you!

Avon does have a 90 day return policy. If the product was ordered from the Outlet flyer or a Final Sales Offer, you will see on the bottom of the brochure page the return policy is “While Supplies Last – Final Sale/No Returns”.

I purchased a Mega Effects Mascara and it has been in my drawer until day before yesterday. When I opened it and tried to use it the handle came off. I had just finished one like it so I know how to rock it back and forth to separate it from the base. How do I go about getting this replaced? I didn’t keep the packaging it came in or the receipt. The lady I used to buy my Avon from isn’t selling Avon now.

I’m not sure when you purchased this product but Avon does have a 90-day guarantee on their products. Since your Avon Rep is no longer selling Avon, please call Avon Customer Service at 866-513-2866 for assistance.
