Avon Product Questions
There are lots of different types of Avon product questions. I have listed a few of the frequently asked Avon questions and answers.
- How long does an Avon order take to arrive? In stock items will ship within 24 to 48 hours after you place your order. You will receive an email from Avon when your products are shipped. You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days.
- What is the Avon Customer Service phone number? The Avon Customer Service phone number for questions about you online orders is 1-866-500-2866.
- Where to buy Avon? You can order Avon from a local representative in your area or from an Avon Online Store.
- I want to buy Avon. Are you a stranded Avon customer? Many customers have an Avon rep in their area and then never hear from her again. - What's my Avon reference code? To find your Avon reference code you must first know your personal website address. For example; my Avon website is https://www.avon.com/repstore/mbertsch You will find your Avon reference code after the rep=. My Avon reference code is MBERTSCH.
- How do Avon reps get paid? Avon reps earn a percentage of their total sales; both face-to-face and online sales. These earnings will be credited from the total amount due. For example; your total order is $200. You would earn 30% or $60. You would then owe Avon $140. However, there will be sales tax and a simple fee added to your order. Avon leaders who have reps in their downlines will also earn a percentage of their downline sales.

Hello! I just recently became an avon rep and I am ready to submit my first orders for my customers, but I’m not quite sure how to do it because I never met with any team leaders in person or anyone to walk me through the steps on how to add on tax or who to mail the money to, or how to place and submit my orders. I also have an online order someone placed through my online store,(this is my first customer or online order ever), and I was wondering how I get paid if that is my only order for this campaign? I realize that I keep a percentage of the money normally for a regular catalog order..but if this online order is the only order that is placed, how do I get my part of the money from their order where they paid online directly with their card?? Sorry for all of these detailed questions..but I am confused and obviously need some help being walked through the first steps of getting my first orders started up. I catch on to things quickly, so I won’t make a habit of bothering you often…so sorry! But please help me this once please! Thanks for your time, Crystal

Avon has free training for placing your orders, learning how to sell the products, and more. Go to Avon University to take these free online classes. There will be topics on all your questions. You will love the easy how-to videos! To answer you question about your online order, Avon will give you a credit for the commission you earned. When you place your traditional Avon orders, the amount due Avon will be reduced by this credit.

If you are talking about the starter kit when joining Avon, then she would fill out her information so she would become a new Avon representative. You can use any credit card to pay for the kit. So, Yes, you can use your credit card.

Does mascara expire?

How long should you keep mascara?

If you have opened the mascara, you should use it immediately. We suggest you replace mascara at least every 3 months. You should find a code on the products. To determine the date of manufacture, call Avon 1-800-445-2866. Most other Avon products have a shelf life of 3 years.

I bought the Avon gel eyeliner and the tip broke in 2days the Avon lady I purchased it from is a sweet elderly lady and I don’t want to worry her. Is there a way to extend the eyeliner out? I tried to turn the end and nothing happens. Help

Thanks for your inquiry regarding the model’s shade of lipstick. I checked with Avon and, unfortunately, they have no way of knowing the model’s makeup shades since the brochure photography was done at least six months to a year prior to printing. Please be assured that they have told the brochure team about your interest in knowing the shades. So, they’re going to try and list shades in future brochures.
